How to Join the Study 

Individuals interested in participating should complete a short survey online to help us determine if you may be eligible to participate. Complete the survey here:

For additional information about the study, or to complete the initial survey by phone, please contact us through:

 

If we determine that you might be eligible to participate, we will ask you to complete some additional questionnaires and visit our study office for a screening visit where we will take your blood pressure and ask you to provide a blood and urine specimen in order to make a final determination about your eligibility.
